Tennis Picks

One of Saturday’s matches at Wimbledon, the home of grass-court tennis and perhaps the most iconic tennis venue in the world, is a battle between Daria Snigur and Ashlyn Krueger. The American player is ranked below her opponent, though she’s been in fine form of late, winning a Challenger event in Ilkley, United Kingdom, ahead of this tournament.

Krueger is not the only player in form, though, with Snigur winning each of her first two Wimbledon matches in straight sets. In one of those matches, she swept aside world number eight Elina Svitolina. It’s not easy to see why Daria Snigur should be considered the narrow outsider here. On all available evidence, the Ukrainian looks to have the chance of a slight favorite, so while odds of +105 are on offer, it’s well worth betting on Snigur to win, at least it is if value for money is your thing.
