Louisville Metro Police arrested a man in connection to a shooting in the St. Denis neighborhood last week that left a woman injured. Timothy Cross, 46, was arrested Wednesday for second-degree assault, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and first-degree criminal mischief. On June 11, police responded to reports of a shooting around 1 a.m. at an apartment complex on Kaufman Lane near Terry Road. Police say a woman was shot and injured in the complex. The woman’s condition has not been released. Cross is being booked by the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections.
