More than a year after first putting his London home on the market, Graham Norton has cut the asking price by £700,000.
The broadcaster’s Grade II-listed Georgian house on the banks of the River Thames in Wapping was originally listed for £4.95 million in April 2025. It has now been relisted at £4.25 million – and the search for a buyer continues.
The Eurovision host lived in the property for two decades before deciding to sell, saying he finally felt ‘brave enough to make a huge change’ in his life.
Dating back to 1811, the house forms part of two terraces that were originally built for the Dock Masters and Customs Offices. The former entrance to the London Docks now serves as a beautiful garden between the homes, offering pristine views over the river.
The layout is indeed generous, spanning four floors and comprising a large hallway, two reception rooms, three double bedrooms, a bright open-plan entertaining space, and a vast principal suite that sits across the entire top floor. Features such as vaulted ceilings, wooden beams, and original floorboards beautifully highlight the home’s rich history.

Speaking about his home, Graham previously said, ‘I have loved my time in Pier Head over the last 20 years. The house has the ideal mix of cosy and open-plan living that spills out to the riverside. It has been the perfect home for many memorable occasions, as well as a haven from city life.
‘I know I’ll miss waking up to the river with its big sky and boats gliding by, but as life moves on, so must I. It’s a truly special spot and I look forward to finding someone who will cherish it as much as I have.’

Outside, new owners will benefit from a secluded, low-maintenance private garden, a pretty inner courtyard, and access to the beach, which is revealed twice daily at low tide.
Simon Boulton, partner at Knight Frank, said: ‘It’s incredibly rare to find a Georgian property of this quality and scale in such a prominent position overlooking the Thames. Along with the historic features of the main house, what really sets it apart is the converted warehouse, which offers fantastic, versatile space for entertaining or additional accommodation.
‘Complemented by the private garden square and iconic London views, the property offers the opportunity to own a meticulously preserved piece of maritime heritage.’
The London property is one of two homes Graham put up for sale last May. He also listed his historic New York carriage house in Manhattan’s Murray Hill neighbourhood, one of just 10 converted former horse stables tucked away within a small gated mews. Listed via The Corcoran Group, the characterful property has already sold for $5.3 million. Graham purchased it from supermodel Claudia Schiffer in 2002.
Graham’s London property is still up for grabs, on the market for £4.25 million with Knight Frank.
