BOISE, Idaho — Conference races ramp up across southern Idaho on Friday night during a Week 3 lineup that features several high-profile rivalry showdowns.
The annual Battle of the Mountains headlines the 6A schedule, with undefeated Rocky Mountain playing host to Mountain View. Borah and Capital also battle in a rivalry collision at 7 p.m. Friday at Dona Larsen Park.
Undefeated powerhouses Rigby and Bishop Kelly square off in the City of Trees, while fellow 5A frontrunner Columbia visits Nampa. Southern Idaho Conference action also includes Emmett at Ridgevue, and Skyview at Vallivue.
Friday’s slate kicks off at 4 p.m. with multiple 1A matchups, including unbeaten Rockland welcoming Murtaugh. Camas County and Dietrich meet in Week 3 with both squads seeking their first win.
