Tornado Warning issued for parts of southeast Wisconsin

MILWAUKEE —

11:19 a.m. A tornado warning has been issued for Kenosha, Racine and Walworth counties until 12 p.m.

10:59 a.m. A new severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Kenosha, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth and Washington counties until 12:15 p.m.

10:56 a.m. A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Dodge, Jefferson, Milwaukee and Waukesha counties until 12:15 p.m.

10:49 a.m. A tornado warning has been issued for Dodge, Jefferson and Waukesha Counties until 11:30 a.m.

10:30 a.m. A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Kenosha, Racine and Walworth counties until 11:15 a.m.

10:25 a.m. A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Dodge and Washington counties until 11:15 a.m.

10:18 a.m. A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Dodge and Washington counties until 11 a.m.

10:17 a.m. A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Racine and Walworth counties until 11 a.m.

10:03 a.m. A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Waukesha and Jefferson counties until 11 a.m.

Monday is an Impact Day in southeastern Wisconsin, with dangerous heat and the threat of strong storms.

A Heat Advisory is in effect from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. Heat index values could briefly reach the triple digits during the afternoon.

Storms are expected to move into southeastern Wisconsin between 11 a.m. and noon. Damaging wind gusts are the main concern, but large hail and an isolated tornado are also possible.

Heavy rainfall could lead to isolated flash flooding. Additional scattered storms will remain possible through around sunset.

Humidity will drop Tuesday after the front moves through, bringing a couple of quieter and more comfortable days with highs in the low to mid-80s.

Another chance for rain returns on Friday.
