Head coach Sergej Barbarez makes four changes from the 4-1 defeat by Switzerland as Arjan Malic, Stjepan Radeljic, Ivan Basic and Esmir Bajraktarevic start in place of Benjamin Tahirovic, Amar Memic, Amar Dedic and suspended Tarik Muharemovic.
