  • While attending pre-Monaco Grand Prix festivities, Alix Earle revealed she was accidentally punched in the face by a man trying to help her group

  • The altercation comes after Earle was late to a brand trip with Alo, after forgetting her passport in California before her flight out of Miami

  • Ahead of her “spontaneous summer,” Earle also recently walked the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway show in Miami, reuniting with her former DWTS partner Val Chmerkovskiy

Alix Earle suffered a party foul while out on the town in Monaco this weekend.

In a June 6 vlog, the influencer, who had been on a yacht on the French Riviera for festivities leading up to the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix, recounted the previous night out, sharing one of the more interesting moments with her followers.

The content creator first arrived in Monaco a few days ago, after missing her first flight out of Miami because she forgot her passport in California. After a member of her team flew the passport to her, Earle was able to join friends like Jake Shane and Stas Karanikolaou on the yacht where they were staying for the duration of the weekend’s festivities with yoga brand Alo.

During a Get Ready with Me update to her followers ahead of the second night’s festivities, Earle revealed that while they were out and about in Monaco the night before, she had been punched in the face. While trying to leave the second party they ended up at, a man attempting to get security’s attention to help Earle and her friends accidentally punched her in the face.

“He was like, ‘Can you help these girls?’ And I just got rocked,” she said, laughing as she mimed the hit. From off-camera, Karanikolaou added, “Like, I looked at her, and her hair was, like, fully in her face.”

“The last thing I have is an image of a fist,” Earle laughed. Though it didn’t seem to faze the content creator, 25, who said: “That was my first time getting punched in the face, and it was like, it’s for some reason, like, brought the vibes up immensely.”

For the rest of the weekend, the group enjoyed their time on the yacht, attending pre-Grand Prix festivities, and even watching the race from a boat parked in the country’s harbor. The trip comes after a busy few weeks for the influencer, who, just last week, walked the runway at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway show during Miami Swim Week, along with fellow influencers like Xandra Pohl, Brooks Nader and more.

While at the show, Earle reunited with her former Dancing with the Stars partner, Val Chmerkovskiy.

In clips of the moment shared on social media, Earle took the stage behind Chmerkovskiy in a plunging blue swimsuit, before ripping his mesh shirt open. The pair hit a few moves together before Chmerkovskiy sent her off down the runway. Chmerkovskiy and Earle were not the only members of the DWTS family to grace the runway over the weekend. Chmerkovskiy’s wife and fellow dance pro Jenna Johnson also made a runway appearance, along with Emma Slater.

Together, Earle and Chmerkovskiy made their way all the way into the finals on the last season of the show. On Nov. 25, they were joined by the four other final couples — Robert Irwin and Witney CarsonJordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa, Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach and Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten — as they competed for a chance to win the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy. Ultimately, Irwin and Carson took home the Mirrorball.

In an Un-Get Ready with Me video posted on June 3, the influencer gave a peek into what she had in store for the summer.

“Our fun summer is starting,” she said as she removed her makeup in the video. “I don’t really know what I have planned much beyond this week but I am going to allow myself to be spontaneous and say yes to crazy things.”
